Site Engineer / Project Engineer – Civil, Concrete & Commercial Projects | Sydney NSW
We’re seeking a Site Engineer or Project Engineer to join our client’s team in Sydney, delivering a range of civil, concrete, and commercial building infrastructure projects.
This is a full-time opportunity suited to engineers with strong experience in construction delivery, structural works, and site coordination, looking to grow within a dynamic project environment.
About the Role
Location: Sydney, NSW
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $100,000 – $130,000 + Super
You will support the delivery of construction projects, working closely with site teams, subcontractors, and project managers to ensure works are completed safely, efficiently, and to specification.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver civil, concrete, and commercial building works
- Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and site activities
- Prepare and manage ITPs, RFIs, and QA documentation
- Review drawings, specifications, and construction methodologies
- Monitor site progress, sequencing, and compliance
- Assist with procurement, cost tracking, and reporting
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards
- Liaise with project managers, supervisors, and stakeholders
Requirements
- Experience as a Site Engineer or Project Engineer in construction projects
- Background in civil, concrete, or commercial building infrastructure
- Strong understanding of QA processes including ITPs and RFIs
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Civil Engineering or Construction-related qualification
- Full Australian working rights
