Site Supervisor / Site Manager – FRP / Structures | Sydney NSW

We’re seeking an experienced Site Supervisor / Site Manager to join our client’s team in Sydney, supporting the delivery of civil infrastructure and structural works across FRP, bridges, retaining walls, and tank projects.

This role is suited to supervisors or site managers with strong experience managing crews, subcontractors, site activities, safety, quality, and construction delivery across complex civil or structural infrastructure projects.

Salary: Up to A$220,000 + Super, depending on experience
Contractors: Day rates available

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily site operations across FRP, bridges, retaining walls, tanks, and civil infrastructure works
• Coordinate crews, subcontractors, suppliers, plant, materials, and construction activities
• Ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with project specifications
• Monitor programme, productivity, quality, safety, and site performance
• Read and interpret drawings, construction plans, ITPs, and technical specifications
• Work closely with project engineers, project managers, supervisors, and client representatives
• Lead toolbox meetings, site inspections, and daily coordination activities
• Maintain accurate site records, daily diaries, progress updates, and construction documentation
• Identify site issues early and support practical solutions to keep works moving
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, quality, and project requirements

Requirements

• Experience as a Site Supervisor, Site Manager, General Foreman, or Structures Supervisor
• Strong experience in FRP, bridges, retaining walls, tanks, concrete structures, or civil infrastructure projects
• Proven ability to manage crews, subcontractors, suppliers, and day-to-day site operations
• Strong understanding of formwork, reinforcement, concrete pours, structural works, and construction sequencing
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and project documentation
• Strong safety focus with good knowledge of quality and site compliance requirements
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Local Australian civil construction experience highly desirable
• Full Australian working rights
• Valid driver’s licence
