We are seeking a Project Engineer to join our client’s growing civil construction team in Melbourne. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated engineer who has delivered formwork, reinforcement and concrete (FRP) and civil infrastructure projects and is looking to take ownership of project delivery from planning through to completion.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage day-to-day site engineering activities.
- Plan and sequence FRP construction works to ensure efficient project delivery.
- Prepare and monitor construction programs and look-ahead schedules.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, plant and labour resources.
- Review drawings, specifications and technical documentation.
- Manage RFIs, ITPs, quality documentation and project reporting.
- Monitor project costs, productivity and progress against program.
- Ensure works are delivered safely, on time and to the required quality standards.
- Liaise with clients, consultants and site management throughout project delivery.
Requirements
- Experience as a Project Engineer on civil infrastructure projects.
- Demonstrated experience delivering FRP (Formwork, Reinforcement & Concrete) works.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and project planning.
- Experience coordinating subcontractors and site operations.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Full Australian working rights.
- Current Australian driver’s licence.
