Responsibilities

Lead all stages of civil and pavement infrastructure works across site

Manage scope, time, cost and quality to meet program deliverables

Coordinate subcontractors, site teams, and stakeholder engagement

Ensure compliance with WHS, environmental, and technical standards

Proactively identify and mitigate risks to schedule and budget

Prepare reports, track progress, and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Foster team collaboration and maintain client relationships
Requirements

8+ years of experience managing civil and road infrastructure projects

Demonstrated expertise in pavement construction, roadworks, and asphalt

Strong track record in project planning, execution, and cost control

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Proficiency with project management systems (e.g. MS Project, Primavera, Aconex)
