You’ll be responsible for managing FRP packages on large-scale civil projects, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency across all site activities. This position is ideal for an engineer who thrives in fast-paced project environments and has a proven track record delivering complex concrete works.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee FRP works from planning to completion

• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and internal site teams

• Interpret and review construction drawings, specifications, and project plans

• Ensure FRP works meet quality, safety, and compliance requirements

• Track progress against project schedules and budgets

• Prepare reports, maintain accurate records, and update stakeholders

• Drive problem-solving and innovation in construction methodology

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years’ FRP (Form, Reo, Pour) experience on civil infrastructure projects

• Proven site leadership and subcontractor management skills

• Strong technical knowledge of formwork systems, reinforcement, and concrete pouring practices

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related field

• Excellent communication and coordination skills
