As Safety Advisor, you will be responsible for supporting daily site safety operations, assisting with compliance, documentation, and safety reporting. While tunnel experience would be highly regarded, it is not essential.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct daily site safety inspections and plant checks

Assist in implementing WHS policies, procedures, and safety systems

Support induction processes and maintain induction records

Contribute to incident reporting, investigations, and corrective actions

Maintain accurate records of safety documentation and compliance checks

Promote a strong site safety culture and provide guidance to crews

Liaise with project teams and subcontractors on all safety matters
Requirements
-
2–3 years of experience in safety advisory roles within civil construction projects

Good knowledge of WHS legislation and construction safety practices

Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with site teams

Tunnel project experience desirable but not essential
