Salary Package: $200,000 – $280,000 + Super (depending on experience)

As Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of water and sewer infrastructure works, managing teams, contracts, and stakeholders. Sydney Water experience is highly regarded, offering exposure to key utility frameworks and high-profile projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of water and sewer projects, ensuring successful outcomes

• Liaise with subcontractors, and consultants to align with project requirements

• Oversee contracts administration, budget tracking, and risk management

• Prepare and review progress claims and project reports

• Supervise project teams to ensure WHS, quality, and environmental compliance

• Provide leadership and clear communication to stakeholders and site teams

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years’ project management experience in water utilities projects

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or similar discipline

• Previous involvement in Sydney Water projects highly regarded

• Strong skills in stakeholder engagement, contract administration, and reporting

• Demonstrated leadership in civil infrastructure delivery

• Full Australian working rights
