As a Project Engineer, you will oversee key elements of road and civil works—managing subcontractors, technical documentation, and on-site delivery while ensuring safety and quality standards are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day delivery of road and civil construction works

• Review drawings, technical specifications, and project documentation

• Supervise subcontractors, plant, and materials across active sites

• Monitor schedules, budgets, and project milestones

• Maintain compliance with WHS, environmental, and quality standards

• Support project managers in reporting, forecasting, and cost tracking

• Provide engineering solutions to overcome on-site challenges

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in civil and road infrastructure projects

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related qualification

• Strong knowledge of road construction methodologies and site operations

• Experience in subcontractor management and project reporting

• Excellent communication and organisational skills
