We’re seeking talented Site Engineers, Project Engineers, and Senior Project Engineers to join our client’s team in Ballarat, Victoria, working on high-profile commercial construction projects. About the Role

Location: Ballarat, Victoria

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary Range: $120,000 – $190,000 + Super (depending on experience and role level)

You’ll be responsible for coordinating and managing site activities, ensuring project delivery aligns with budget, schedule, and quality expectations. While modular construction experience is highly regarded, it is not required for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations and coordinate subcontractors and suppliers

• Interpret and review construction drawings and technical specifications

• Manage project documentation, schedules, and cost tracking

• Ensure compliance with WHS, environmental, and quality requirements

• Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders throughout project delivery

• Provide engineering solutions to resolve site and design challenges

• Mentor and support junior engineers where applicable

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in commercial construction projects

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field

• Strong technical knowledge of civil and structural works

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Proven ability to manage project reporting and documentation

• Familiarity with modular construction desirable but not essential

• Full Australian working rights
