Our client is looking for a highly skilled Project Manager to lead the delivery of roads, drainage, earthworks, and subdivision projects in Adelaide. This is a full-time role with a competitive salary package of up to $200,000, depending on experience.

About the Role

Location: Adelaide, South Australia

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Up to $200,000 + Super (DOE)

As Project Manager, you will take ownership of civil infrastructure projects, from planning to completion. You’ll oversee project teams, budgets, and subcontractors to ensure successful delivery of road, subdivision, and drainage works.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of roads, drainage, earthworks, and subdivision projects

• Oversee project budgets, schedules, and risk management strategies

• Lead stakeholder engagement with councils, consultants, and subcontractors

• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel

• Ensure WHS, environmental, and quality standards are met on all projects

• Provide leadership, mentoring, and clear direction to project teams

• Prepare and review project reports, forecasts, and claims

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years’ experience in civil infrastructure projects

• Proven project management experience in roads, subdivisions, drainage, and earthworks

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent qualification

• Strong commercial, contractual, and financial management skills

• Excellent communication and leadership capability

• Full Australian working rights
