The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the delivery of major infrastructure works, managing contracts, cost reporting, and project documentation to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer contracts, variations, and progress claims

• Review subcontractor agreements and manage procurement activities

• Monitor budgets, cost control, and financial reporting

• Support project teams with forecasting, cash flow analysis, and project claims

• Prepare and assess RFIs, variations, and contract documentation

• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure project compliance and cost accuracy

Requirements

• Proven experience working on civil infrastructure projects (roads, drainage, utilities, or similar)

• Strong understanding of contract administration principles and project cost control

• MYOB experience is highly regarded

• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or Civil Engineering

• Ability to work autonomously and deliver under tight deadlines

• Full Australian working rights
