You’ll be responsible for supporting project delivery teams through contract administration, procurement, cost control, and financial reporting. Working closely with project engineers, site managers, and commercial managers, you’ll ensure projects are delivered efficiently, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer contracts, variations, progress claims, and purchase orders

• Support cost control, forecasting, and cash-flow analysis

• Prepare subcontractor and supplier packages and manage procurement activities

• Maintain accurate cost tracking and reporting across multiple projects

• Review and assess contract terms, RFIs, and documentation

• Liaise with project teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure compliance

• Contribute to continuous improvement in project administration systems

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in civil and commercial construction projects

• Proven ability to manage contracts, claims, and cost reporting

• Tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or Engineering

• Strong understanding of contract law and project financials

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and construction management software

• Local experience in Ballarat or Victoria highly desirable
