We’re seeking experienced Civil Project Managers to join our client’s team in Brisbane, overseeing the delivery of major civil infrastructure and urban development projects. As a Civil Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading multidisciplinary project teams to deliver complex civil works safely, on time, and within budget. You’ll manage planning, coordination, stakeholder engagement, and financial performance from start to finish—ensuring each project meets quality and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of civil infrastructure and urban projects

• Oversee design coordination, procurement, and subcontractor management

• Develop and monitor project budgets, schedules, and cost forecasts

• Lead and mentor project engineers and site teams

• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards

• Manage stakeholder relationships with clients, councils, and authorities

• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to maintain project performance

• Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency

Requirements

• Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or related discipline

• Minimum 5–8 years’ experience in civil project management

• Proven track record in infrastructure or urban development projects (roads, drainage, utilities, or subdivisions)

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Experience managing budgets, schedules, and contract performance

• Excellent understanding of WHS, environmental, and quality systems

• Local experience within Queensland highly regarded
