Engineering Surveyor – FIFO ex Perth

About the Surveyor role

We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Surveyor to join our client’s team on a FIFO basis, ex Perth. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting precise and reliable surveys to support various construction and engineering projects.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct land and construction site surveys using a variety of technical equipment and tools.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records, maps, and reports of survey results.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to provide essential data for project planning and execution.
• Verify the accuracy of survey data, including measurements and calculations conducted at survey sites.
• Analyze survey objectives and specifications to prepare survey proposals or to direct others in survey proposal preparation.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and company policies during survey operations.
• Assist in resolving any discrepancies or issues related to survey data and site measurements.

 

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience in surveying, with a strong preference for local experience in Australia.
• Proficiency in using modern surveying equipment and software.
• Solid understanding of surveying principles, methods, and techniques.
• Ability to interpret and analyze complex technical data and information.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in surveying or a related field.
