Accounts Administrator
Location: Darwin, Australia

About the role
We are seeking a motivated Accounts Administrator to join our client’s growing team in Darwin.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring accurate and timely entries.

Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.

Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments.

Maintain detailed financial records, ensuring data integrity.

Assist with payroll and month-end reporting activities.

Support the finance team with budgeting and forecasting.

Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve financial queries.

Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and company policies.
Requirements:

At least 2 years of experience in an accounts admin or bookkeeping role.

Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.

Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., Xero, MYOB) and MS Excel skills.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Knowledge of Australian tax and payroll regulations is a plus.
