Salary Range: AUD $90,000 – $120,000 + Super

You’ll play a crucial role in the delivery of civil and infrastructure projects by providing accurate 3D models, machine outputs, and quantity data to support estimators, engineers, and project managers.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and update 3D terrain models and alignments using 12D software

• Generate machine guidance files for earthworks equipment

• Perform quantity take-offs and verify volumes for project submissions

• Produce civil drawings and documentation to support construction activities

• Collaborate with engineers, estimators, and site teams to validate outputs

• Maintain modelling standards, data accuracy, and file organisation workflows

Requirements

• Extensive experience with 12D model building (minimum 3+ years)

• Proven track record in machine file creation for civil projects

• Strong skills in quantity calculations and data verification

• CAD drafting experience preferred; knowledge of AutoCAD or Revit is a bonus

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work within strict deadlines

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
