Salary Range: $80,000 – $95,000 + Super (depending on experience)

You’ll play an important role in keeping projects running smoothly by managing documentation, supporting compliance processes, and assisting site and project managers to achieve key milestones.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate project documentation, registers, and communication across multiple sites

• Support subcontractor onboarding, manage insurances, and track compliance requirements

• Assist with processing timesheets, purchase orders, and invoices

• Prepare progress claims and associated supporting documentation

• Book site deliveries and manage calendars, meetings, and deadlines

• Maintain WHS records and ensure all documentation meets company standards

• Collaborate with project managers, site teams, and suppliers to achieve project goals

• Contribute to a culture of quality, safety, and accountability

Requirements

• Previous experience in construction administration (civil or infrastructure preferred)

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and construction project systems

• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accurate documentation

• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset

• Understanding of WHS and compliance processes within construction
