We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Engineer or Project Manager to join our client’s team in Adelaide. This is a full-time opportunity to contribute to the successful delivery of water utilities infrastructure projects across South Australia.

The successful candidate will have at least five years of relevant experience and a strong background in managing water, wastewater, pipelines, pump stations or associated civil infrastructure. This position offers the opportunity to take ownership of project delivery while working with an established contractor and experienced project team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the planning and delivery of water utilities infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate construction activities, subcontractors, suppliers and site personnel.
• Monitor project costs, programmes, resources, risks and contractual requirements.
• Prepare and review project documentation, progress reports, variations and claims.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and key project stakeholders.
• Ensure all works comply with quality, safety, environmental and technical standards.

Requirements

• Minimum five years of experience delivering water utilities infrastructure projects.
• Previous experience as a Senior Project Engineer, Project Manager or in a comparable project delivery position.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in civil engineering, construction management or a related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of water, wastewater, pipeline, pump station or associated civil works.
• Demonstrated commercial, contractual and project management capabilities.
• Full Australian working rights and a current driver’s licence.
