J406 -Site Supervisor – Night Shift | Melbourne
We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our client’s team on a night-shift contract in Melbourne. This opportunity is suited to a hands-on construction professional with strong experience supervising formwork, reinforcement and concrete works across structural projects.
The successful candidate will coordinate night-shift site activities, manage subcontractors and ensure works are completed safely, efficiently and in accordance with project specifications. This is an initial 3–5-month contract with an established project team.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise night-shift construction activities across FRP and structural work packages.
- Coordinate site crews, subcontractors, materials and equipment.
- Monitor daily progress against the construction programme and project milestones.
- Ensure all works comply with approved drawings, specifications and quality requirements.
- Conduct pre-start meetings, toolbox talks and site safety inspections.
- Maintain accurate site records, progress reports and shift handover documentation.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience as a Site Supervisor on FRP, concrete or structural projects.
- Strong knowledge of formwork, reinforcement and concrete construction methodologies.
- Previous experience supervising night-shift or time-critical construction works.
- Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications and programmes.
- Strong leadership, communication and subcontractor coordination skills.
- Full Australian working rights and a valid driver’s licence.
