Site Engineer | Melbourne (Pavements & Roads)
We are seeking a Site Engineer to join a client’s team in Melbourne on a contract basis, supporting civil infrastructure works across pavements and roads projects.
This role is suited to an engineer with hands-on site experience, strong technical capability and the ability to work closely with project teams, subcontractors and site crews to support safe, efficient project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day site engineering activities across pavements, roads and associated civil works.
- Assist with planning, coordination and delivery of project works in line with programme requirements.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site crews to ensure work is delivered safely and efficiently.
- Assist with QA documentation, ITPs, site records, inspections and compliance requirements.
- Work closely with project managers, supervisors and stakeholders to resolve site-based issues.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Site Engineer on pavements, roads or civil infrastructure projects.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, QA processes and site coordination.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications and technical documentation.
- Full Australian working rights.
