Environmental Advisor | Adelaide
We are seeking an experienced Environmental Advisor to join our client’s team in Adelaide on a 3-month contract. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a major civil infrastructure project, supporting environmental compliance and ensuring best-practice environmental management across site operations.
The successful candidate will have previous site-based construction experience and be confident working closely with project teams to promote environmental awareness, manage compliance obligations and help deliver projects safely and sustainably.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor environmental compliance across construction activities.
- Conduct regular site inspections and environmental audits.
- Support implementation of Environmental Management Plans (EMPs).
- Assist with environmental reporting, inspections and documentation.
- Investigate environmental incidents and support corrective actions.
- Promote environmental awareness and best practice across site.
- Ensure compliance with environmental legislation and client requirements.
Requirements
- Previous experience as an Environmental Advisor within civil construction or infrastructure projects.
- Site-based construction experience is essential.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a project team.
- Full Australian working rights.
