As a Site Engineer or Project Engineer, you will support the successful delivery of civil projects by coordinating site activities, managing subcontractors, ensuring quality standards are achieved and assisting with project planning and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily site activities across earthworks and excavation projects.
- Assist with planning, programming and construction methodologies.
- Monitor project progress, productivity and quality outcomes.
- Manage subcontractors and suppliers on site.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental and quality requirements.
- Support project delivery to programme and budget.
Requirements
- Degree qualified in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
- Experience as a Site Engineer or Project Engineer within Australian civil construction.
- Strong experience delivering earthworks and excavation projects.
- Ability to coordinate subcontractors and site activities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Sound understanding of civil construction methodologies.
- Full Australian working rights.
- Current driver’s licence.
