About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Site Engineer or Project Engineer to join our client’s team in Sydney.
This is a full-time opportunity for an engineer with demonstrated experience delivering civil and FRP (formwork, reinforcement and concrete) works on infrastructure projects.
Working as part of the project delivery team, you will support the planning, coordination and delivery of site activities, working closely with subcontractors, suppliers and project stakeholders to ensure works are completed safely, efficiently and in accordance with project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate civil and FRP construction activities on site.
- Plan and sequence formwork, reinforcement and concrete works.
- Coordinate subcontractors, labour, plant, materials and suppliers.
- Review drawings, specifications and technical documentation.
- Manage RFIs, ITPs and project quality documentation.
- Monitor construction progress against programme requirements.
- Assist with project planning, scheduling and resource coordination.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors and other project stakeholders.
- Support compliance with safety, quality and environmental requirements.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Site Engineer or Project Engineer.
- Demonstrated experience delivering civil infrastructure projects.
- Experience with FRP works, including formwork, reinforcement and concrete.
- Strong understanding of civil construction methodologies and site delivery.
- Experience coordinating subcontractors and construction resources.
- Experience managing RFIs, ITPs and quality documentation.
- Full Australian working rights.
