Allowance: LAFHA provided – $150/day for accommodation and meals
Salary Range: AUD $110,000 – $140,000 + Super (based on experience)
This is a site-based role supporting the successful delivery of complex civil and rail works. You’ll play a key part in project planning, coordination, and execution while ensuring compliance with safety and technical standards.
Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day site operations across civil, structural, and rail works

Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and resources for timely project delivery

Monitor construction progress, quality, and budget tracking

Interpret technical drawings and specifications for on-site application

Ensure safety and environmental procedures are upheld at all times

Prepare reports, manage documentation, and communicate with key stakeholders
Requirements:

3–5 years of experience in civil infrastructure, structural works, or rail projects

Experience working on live rail or major transport projects preferred

Valid RIW (Rail Industry Worker) card is essential

Strong ability to interpret engineering drawings and manage field activities

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Willingness to work on regional project sites
