Project Engineer / Senior Project Engineer – Civil, Earthworks & FRP | FIFO ex-Perth WA
We’re seeking a Project Engineer or Senior Project Engineer to join our client’s team delivering projects across Western Australia. This is a FIFO role ex-Perth on a 2:1 roster, offering exposure to a broad range of civil, earthworks, FRP (Form, Reo, Pour), and building-related projects.
This opportunity is ideal for engineers who enjoy site-based delivery, regional project exposure, and working across diverse construction packages.
About the Role
Location: FIFO ex-Perth to project sites across Western Australia
Roster: 2:1 FIFO
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: Up to $140,000 + Super
You will support the planning, coordination, and delivery of construction works across active regional projects, ensuring safety, quality, and program requirements are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver civil, earthworks, and FRP construction packages across WA projects
- Coordinate subcontractors, plant, materials, and site teams
- Review drawings, specifications, construction methodologies, and ITPs
- Manage QA documentation, RFIs, inspections, and compliance records
- Monitor site progress, productivity, and project performance
- Support short-term programming, procurement, and cost tracking
- Assist with risk identification and practical site-based solutions
- Liaise with supervisors, project managers, clients, and subcontractors
- Ensure safety, environmental, and quality standards are maintained on site
Requirements
- Experience as a Project Engineer or Senior Project Engineer in civil construction
- Background in civil infrastructure, earthworks, or FRP (Form, Reo, Pour) projects
- Building project experience beneficial but not essential
- Strong understanding of QA processes, ITPs, RFIs, and site documentation
- Ability to interpret civil and structural drawings
- Strong communication, planning, and coordination skills
- Civil Engineering qualification or equivalent
- Full Australian working rights
- Ability to work a 2:1 FIFO roster ex-Perth
