Salary: $110,000 – $160,000 + Super (Depending on Experience)

Sponsorship: Available for strong candidates with proven FRP experience

You will support and lead FRP delivery across structural, civil, and commercial projects, ensuring quality, safety, and productivity targets are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver FRP (Form, Reo, Pour) works across major civil and structural projects

• Manage subcontractors and site crews to ensure works are completed safely and efficiently

• Review design drawings, specifications, and ITPs for FRP activities

• Prepare and maintain short-term programs and weekly look-aheads

• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions

• Liaise with project managers, site engineers, and subcontractors

• Support cost tracking, procurement, and progress reporting

• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards

• Provide technical support and mentorship to junior engineers

Requirements

• 3 – 8 years of FRP (Form/Reo/Pour) experience

• Background in civil, structures, or commercial construction

• Strong understanding of concrete methodology, formwork systems, reinforcement detailing, and pour sequencing

• Ability to manage subcontractors and coordinate site operations

• Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in MS Project or similar scheduling tools

• Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or related field

• Full Australian working rights, or eligibility for sponsorship
