We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our client’s team in the Gold Coast, delivering critical utilities and road infrastructure projects. This is a senior opportunity for a proven leader ready to take responsibility for stakeholder management, site coordination, and contract administration.

Salary Range: $150,000 – $170,000 + Super + Vehicle

The successful candidate will bring at least 8 years of project management experience in utilities and road construction, with strong capabilities in stakeholder liaison, contracts, and progress claims.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver utilities and road infrastructure projects end-to-end

• Liaise with stakeholders to ensure project outcomes are achieved

• Coordinate site activities, subcontractors, and internal project teams

• Oversee contracts administration, variations, and compliance

• Prepare accurate and timely progress claims

• Track budgets, schedules, safety, and quality standards

• Lead risk management and ensure all project deliverables are met

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years’ experience in utilities and road infrastructure projects

• Proven ability to manage complex civil projects from design through delivery

• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills

• Background in contracts administration and progress claim management

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent

• Full Australian working rights
