Senior Project Engineer / Project Manager – FRP (Form Reo Pour) | Adelaide SA
We’re seeking an experienced Senior Project Engineer or Project Manager to join our client’s team in Adelaide, delivering complex FRP (Form, Reo, Pour) civil infrastructure projects across South Australia.
This is a full-time role suited to a strong delivery professional with hands-on experience managing concrete and structural packages and leading subcontractors on active construction sites.

You will take ownership of FRP-heavy scopes including formwork systems, reinforcement coordination, and concrete pours, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of FRP (Form, Reo, Pour) packages across civil and structural infrastructure projects
- Manage subcontractors, site supervisors, and construction crews
- Oversee construction methodologies, sequencing, and short-term programs
- Review structural drawings, reinforcement schedules, and ITPs
- Monitor quality assurance, compliance, and safety performance
- Manage procurement, cost tracking, and project forecasting
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders
- Mentor and support site engineers and project teams
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience delivering FRP projects
- Strong background in civil construction and structural concrete works
- Subcontractor management experience highly desirable
- Solid understanding of formwork systems, reinforcement detailing, and concrete methodologies
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
- Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills
