As a Senior Project Engineer, you will lead the delivery of structural and rail works, ensuring compliance with project standards, timelines, and budgets. An RIW card is a mandatory requirement for this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day delivery of rail and structural works

• Review and interpret project drawings, designs, and technical documentation

• Supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel

• Ensure compliance with WHS, environmental, and quality standards

• Monitor budgets, schedules, and progress against milestones

• Prepare project reporting, forecasting, and documentation for management

• Collaborate with stakeholders, consultants, and project managers to ensure smooth delivery

• Provide technical guidance and leadership to junior engineers and site teams

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in civil engineering, with strong background in structures and rail projects

• RIW card required to work on rail infrastructure sites

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related qualification

• Demonstrated ability to manage site coordination, subcontractors, and project reporting

• Strong knowledge of safety, compliance, and quality systems

• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
