Site Engineer – FRP (Form Reo Pour) & Tunnelling Projects | Melbourne VIC
We’re seeking experienced Site Engineers to join our client’s team in Melbourne, delivering major civil infrastructure, FRP (Form, Reo, Pour), and tunnelling projects across Victoria.
This role is ideal for engineers with strong hands-on experience in concrete and structural works, with exposure to tunnel or underground infrastructure projects highly regarded.

Salary: Competitive, DOE
You will support the delivery of complex FRP and civil infrastructure packages, ensuring construction activities are completed safely, efficiently, and in line with project specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver FRP (Form, Reo, Pour) works including formwork, reinforcement, and concrete pours
- Coordinate subcontractors, plant, and site activities
- Prepare and manage ITPs, RFIs, and QA documentation
- Review drawings, reinforcement schedules, and technical specifications
- Monitor site progress, quality, and compliance
- Assist with construction planning and sequencing
- Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and quality standards
- Liaise with project engineers, supervisors, and stakeholders
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Site Engineer in civil construction projects
- Strong background in FRP (Form, Reo, Pour) works
- Experience in tunnelling or underground infrastructure desirable
- Strong understanding of QA processes and documentation
- Ability to interpret structural and civil drawings
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Civil Engineering qualification
- Full Australian working rights
