You will support the delivery of complex civil and pavement works, ensuring projects meet safety, quality, program, and cost targets. Experience in asphalt, pavement construction, or spray seal will be highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver daily construction activities across civil, asphalt, and pavement projects

  • Assist with planning, scheduling, and short-term programs

  • Coordinate subcontractors, plant, equipment, and materials

  • Review drawings, specifications, quality processes, and ITPs

  • Conduct QA inspections, testing coordination, and compliance checks

  • Monitor progress, prepare site reports, and support project documentation

  • Oversee safety performance and environmental compliance

  • Liaise with supervisors, project managers, clients, and councils

  • Support cost tracking, procurement, and project forecasting

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in civil construction

  • Experience in asphalt, pavement, or road construction

  • Spray seal experience highly regarded

  • Strong understanding of civil specifications, QA processes, and site controls

  • Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities on fast-paced civil sites

  • Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline

  • Full Australian working rights
