Site Engineer / Project Engineer – Civil & FRP Infrastructure | Melbourne VIC
We’re seeking experienced Site Engineers and Project Engineers to join our client’s team in Melbourne, delivering major civil and FRP (Form, Reo, Pour) infrastructure projects across Victoria.
This is an excellent opportunity for engineers with strong experience in concrete, structural, and civil works, looking to contribute to high-performing project teams.
About the Role
Location: Melbourne, Victoria
Employment Type: Full-Time / Contract
Salary: Competitive, DOE
You will play a key role in delivering civil and FRP packages, supporting site teams and ensuring works are completed safely, on time, and in accordance with project specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver civil and FRP (Form, Reo, Pour) works across active projects
- Coordinate subcontractors, plant, and site activities
- Prepare and manage ITPs, RFIs, and QA documentation
- Review drawings, reinforcement schedules, and technical specifications
- Monitor construction progress, sequencing, and compliance
- Assist with procurement, cost tracking, and reporting
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards
- Liaise with project managers, supervisors, and stakeholders
Requirements
- Experience as a Site Engineer or Project Engineer in civil construction
- Strong background in FRP (Form, Reo, Pour) infrastructure projects
- Experience in concrete, reinforcement, and structural works
- Strong understanding of QA processes and documentation
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Civil Engineering qualification
- Full Australian working rights
