We’re seeking a Site Engineer and Project Engineer to join a leading civil contractor’s team based in Melbourne, working on Form, Reo, Pour (FRP) infrastructure projects. If you have hands-on site experience and are looking for long-term growth, this is a strong opportunity.
You’ll play a central role in the day-to-day management and delivery of FRP packages on civil sites across Melbourne. This position is suited for engineers ready to step up on complex builds involving formwork, reinforcement, and concrete pours.

Schedule: Monday to Saturday
Salary: AUD $110,000 – $140,000 + Super + Car + Fuel
Responsibilities

Oversee and manage FRP (Form, Reo, Pour) works across infrastructure projects

Interpret construction drawings and specifications to plan and execute works

Monitor site progress, timelines, and subcontractor performance

Coordinate materials, equipment, labour, and delivery schedules

Ensure compliance with WHS, environmental, and project quality standards

Prepare daily site reports and assist with cost control and project documentation

Collaborate with Project Managers and senior engineers on technical solutions
Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in FRP-related civil construction

Strong understanding of formwork systems, reinforcement detailing, and concrete pouring practices

Relevant degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management

Proven ability to manage subcontractors and on-site operations

Valid driver’s licence (car and fuel provided)
