Salary Range: AUD $110,000 – $125,000 + Super

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day site operations for earthworks, demolition, or land remediation works

• Coordinate subcontractors, plant, and workflows to meet project schedules

• Interpret construction documents, technical drawings, and site specifications

• Monitor quality assurance, safety compliance, and environmental controls

• Assist in budget monitoring, cost tracking, and risk mitigation

• Maintain accurate site records, progress reports, and documentation

• Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to troubleshoot on-site issues

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in earthmoving or demolition projects

• Degree in Civil Engineering or similar disciplines

• Proven site delivery skills and ability to manage field teams

• Strong reading of technical drawings and construction plans

• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to work in regional Victoria

• Full Australian working rights
