Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day pavement and concrete activities on-site

• Manage subcontractors, plant, and labour to meet project deadlines

• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards

• Review construction drawings and provide direction to site teams

• Monitor progress, resolve site issues, and report to the project manager

• Maintain accurate site documentation, records, and daily reports

• Support a culture of accountability and teamwork across the site

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in civil construction

• Strong background in pavement and concrete projects

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Knowledge of WHS requirements and site compliance

• Ability to manage multiple teams and workflows on active sites

• Full Australian working rights
