Salary Range: AUD $130,000 – $155,000 per year (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage project activities related to drainage and earthworks, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Collaborate with design, construction, and client teams to align project goals and specifications.
- Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers to maintain project timelines and budgets.
- Identify and resolve technical challenges on-site to keep the project on track.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, plans, and progress updates.
- Provide leadership and technical guidance to on-site teams.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience working on drainage and earthwork civil projects.
- Proven ability to manage and deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, standards, and safety protocols.
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and leadership abilities to liaise with multiple stakeholders.
- Familiarity with construction software and tools is a plus.
- Local experience in Melbourne or Australia is highly desired.
